A problem with a review

Use Report on the review itself first; that puts it in front of a moderator with the review attached. Email us if you cannot sign in or the report form does not cover the problem.

A problem with a claim

If your business shows as claimed by someone else, email from an address at your business domain and include your license number. If the state record for your license has no phone number, say so and we will set up the document route.

A license or insurance record that looks wrong

Every license page links to the state's own lookup. If the state record is right and our page is not, email the business name and license number. We check claimed licenses every morning and the state can take days to post a change.

Your data

You can delete your account, your reviews, and your uploaded documents from your settings. For anything else about your data, email us; see the privacy policy for what we keep.
