Your license, your jobs, and your reviews in one record.
Claim your record with your Washington L&I or Oregon CCB license number. Homeowners see the license, bond, and insurance the state has on file, with the date we checked, next to reviews tied to real jobs.
Claim
Find your business, choose Claim, and add a document that shows you run it, like a business license or an insurance certificate in the business name. A moderator checks it.
Finish jobs
Log a job, estimate it, send a proposal the customer signs online, and tap Job Done. The customer gets a review link by text. No account, no app, no password on their side.
Reply
Answer every review in public. Your reply rate and usual reply time show on your record.
Dispute fairly
Report a review that breaks the rules. It stays visible with a note while a person checks, and the reviewer may be asked for proof of the job.
What your record shows
- License, bond, and insurance from state records, checked every morning, with the date.
- Scores for workmanship, communication, schedule, budget accuracy, and cleanup, so one late delivery does not sink a good build.
- Before and after photos from your finished jobs.
- A Resolved label when a customer says you made things right.
- Updates months later, so durable work gets credit after the second winter.
- How many of your finished jobs got a review link, so homeowners can see you ask everyone.
What you cannot do
Pay to remove or hide reviews, edit what customers wrote, or reorder your reviews. The same rules apply to every business, and the removal counts on your record prove it.
What it costs
Claiming your record, replying to reviews, and sending review links are free. Tools in the app that cost money will be priced per month with no contract, and paying never changes a review or a ranking.
